"There are a lot of amazing women in leadership positions at MVF and our CPO has made this a priority since joining a few years ago. We recently overhauled our parental leave policy. I would like to see more flexibility overall with WFH and hours. "

"Quite a few women working there but can still have a boys club mentality. A lot of socials that you can sometimes feel forced to take part in. "
