"They have great room for career growth. It appears as though women are treated just as fairly as men and there are many women in upper management positions. They also have great health benefits and new parent benefits."

"In my position, there is a ton of flexibility regarding work/life balance, and if I ever get sick. However, that's not the case for all the departments at NFCU. There are previous job positions I've worked for in the company, primarily the contact center or the mortgage department, where it seems pretty inflexible. They have stricter time-management rules. You need to ask for time off with a lot of notice and they are very known for micromanaging."
