"This is a great company but understand that there is still systemic preferential treatment for men. There is still a lack of support for mothers. There is still a 'you should be so grateful' attitude when we dare to advocate for ourselves when it comes to remote work even if you're high performer. This place is better than a lot of jobs for sure and there's a ton of opportunity. Just be prepared that you're still going to face challenges here, which is disappointing."

"Everything is already great about working @nfcu and on top of that we are now hybrid which is awesome. Leaderships is very flexible and understanding these past two years with the pandemics and all. Im very grateful. "
