"It's an amazing place to be!! I have been an employee for 20+ years and do not see myself anywhere else. I have been able to transfer locations as a Military Spouse, and the Maternity Leave benefits have grown to be some of the best around!"

"NFCU allows you to be you. You can dress and look however you feel comfortable as they promote casual attire. They are great at understanding flexibility with schedules and having to leave for family emergencies like sick children. NFCU has an great support system for any additional help you might need for health, work/life balance, and communities for social engagement. Navy Federal has so much to offer, it's hard to get fully involved. There is something for everyone. Whether you need advise for being a new Mom, you want a new work out routine, book clubs to join, or how you can increase your job performance and Career Focus. NFCU does not discriminate on age, race, or sex. You walk int he buildings and everyone you meet looks different. "

"Navy Federal is a great organization to work as they have a strong culture of treating their Members and Employees like extended Family Members. There is work life balance and this is very important for both working moms and dads. Woman are given equal employment opportunities and many woman are in great leadership roles. Proud to say that our very own NFCU President is a Woman (Mary McDuffie).
All woman bosses in this organization are very understanding , supportive and encouraging towards their employees. NFC U is filled with many woman leaders and this speaks volumes about this great organization . I feel extremely blessed to be working for a great organization like NFCU and lucky to work for a wonderful woman bosses. "
