"I recently had a baby and felt Navy Federal supported be during pregnancy and postpartum. I felt like they really cared about my well being and helped me ease back into work."

"NFCU pays fairly...more than fair...they pay amazing! I am a part time employee and enjoy all the benefits of a full time employee. I am able to provide health insurance for my family after we lost benefits through my husband's work. I am getting full use of the 401k benefits and life insurance. They have an education benefits program to help further your education. They also have a great family leave policy. Leadership is supportive and helpful. They care about your career path and care about you as a person. "

"I would definitely recommend NFCU to other women due to their level of modern professionalism. The institution is aware of the challenges facing women in the workforce and proactively adapt to support all of its employees, including women, who face more challenges in employment than their male counterparts."
