"I like NFCU for the importance it gives for diversity and inclusion along with the work life balance women require. NFCU offers various paths or trainings to empower women, mentor and coach in the areas of choice along with several trainings internal and external to pickup additional skillsets. NFCU makes you feel that you are wanted and appreciates work well done. Added to that are excellent benefits (7% 401k + (3% - 7% cash balanced pension plan based on years of service) = totally minimum 10% which is unheard, excellent health care plan with PPO offering, very good vacation and separate sick leave days and an excellent end of the year bonus called PIPs."
