"The most impressive part I found was their mother's room and their breaks for nursing mother's. While there are several steps to getting access to the mother's room, they are very impressive and they even provide hospital grade pumps and a starter kit. NFCU goes above and beyond for nursing mothers."

"Flexibility depends on the department that are are in. Some departments are almost impossible to request time off or flex your schedule while other departments will work with you. "
