"Navy Federal has great benefits such as 4 months maternity leave, fitness refund, 7% match 401k, training and development opportunities, military spouses friendly the company works hard to transfer military spouses. "

"Navy Federal heavily focuses on diversity and inclusion. As a woman this is very important. I've seen more females in leadership roles here then I've seen men. They treat everyone equally as an individual and with mutual respect. I love this company. "
