"As a mother it was difficult to be there for my son while working for other companies. Once I started working for Navy Federal, it has changed our home life around. When I am with my colleagues I am valued and heard. My life with my son and his journey in life have been fantastic. I can be a successful business woman and an active parent to him. The safe environment Navy Federal has created has been one for the books and everyone should know it is never to late to love your job and what you do while having a life outside of work. "

"Certain departments here are definitely "Boy's Clubs". In these departments maternity leave is looked down upon and leadership is not understanding of balancing familial obligations with work."
