"They really care about families and your personal mental health! At my branch we have a "zen/yoga" room to take our breaks or to use on lunch or when you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed! There is a personal fridge for breast milk only. NFCU has a great work/life balance! Coming from a bank it still surprises me how great this company is!!"
