"Its a safe space, and very diverse. I have worked here for almost 7 years and have never felt unsafe. Our security team will walk you to car if you ask. "

"This answer depends on the job role. If your job is computer based only, I would give a 5 because there are now hybrid options that werent there before. but a job like mine that is partially hands on, there isnt much flexibility as of right now. hopefully that changes in the near future."

"Every supervisor I have had has been very supportive, but I have heard of other supervisors not being supportive, so its hit or miss, depends on who you get as a leader. There should be a way for supervisors to be a bit more empowered with decision making in areas of support, for example schedule changes have to be approved by senior management, but its our supervisors who work with us day to day and know how big of an effect that decision will have on the person making it. "

"I would highly recommend other women to work for Navy Federal. As a full-time single mom, Navy Federal offers a lot of benefits which fill voids and they are flexible. "
