"Navy Federal is amazing to work at, doesn't matter if you're a woman or a man or neither or both!! Everyone is treated with respect here and no one is ever looked down upon for any reason. So much flexibility and not to mention the incredible benefits. Our CEO is a woman!! "

"The maternity and paternity leave is amazing! There are privacy nursing rooms. Navy Federal. As a woman I have never felt my value was any less than any one else"

"Navy Federal credit Union is an amazing place to work.The hybrid option is great for women who want to owrk from home but also want to come into the office as well. Your mental health is always a top priority and the resources available to achieve your goals are readily available."

" As a nearly 11 year employee, I'd say this has been a fabulous career ride and plan to retire with NF. They take care of their employees and spoil us with all the benefits and perks!"
