"Navy Federal values the diversity of all team members and is super heavy on work-life balance. Having a CAREER that understands I am a mom first is immeasurable and the CEO is a strong empowering caring woman, as are my direct managers. I've never felt so grateful and empowered to come to work my true self AND be stress free. Navy Federal values mental and emotional health and recognizes all that makes you unique."

"Navy Federal is amazing to work at, doesn't matter if you're a woman or a man or neither or both!! Everyone is treated with respect here and no one is ever looked down upon for any reason. So much flexibility and not to mention the incredible benefits. Our CEO is a woman!! "

"The maternity and paternity leave is amazing! There are privacy nursing rooms. Navy Federal. As a woman I have never felt my value was any less than any one else"

"Navy Federal credit Union is an amazing place to work.The hybrid option is great for women who want to owrk from home but also want to come into the office as well. Your mental health is always a top priority and the resources available to achieve your goals are readily available."
