"Equal and fair pay for men and women. The benefits for new moms is great! They offer 16 weeks of paid leave after your child is born and they also offer gifts like amazon gift cards. They even offer parental and/or adoption paid leave, for new parents to encourage bonding with their child. I think this aspect is amazing and helps all women feel inclusive to their benefits package. They also offer nursing parents private rooms to nurse and additional break time set aside to use for nursing as you need to. "
