"The benefits are impeccable, however the work place culture and work life balance vary from branch to branch and region to region. The newer branches offer much more flexibility and understanding of modern women's schedules than the older, more traditional branches. "

"The company has an incredible culture. Management is very pro-active in encouraging and enabling employees with the tools and resources to get into a position that makes them happiest. The maternity leave program is phenomenal. I have not personally witnessed any favoritism while I've been employed here. Every promotional and transitional process seems to be very fair."
