"Navy Federal cares about their employees. They are willing to flex your hours to take care of personal issues that arise. They want to hear how they can improve the work place atmosphere as well as the processes of the work we do. They give small gifts of appreciation. This year alone I have received Free Lunch Fridays, free ice cream three times, a Corkcicle tumblers, an igloo fabric cooler, and a computer backpack. They have an events team that get with local companies to offer discount tickets to events and festivals around town. "

"This is an excellent place to work as a woman who is also apart of the LBGTQ+ community. Navy Federal is so supportive and really tries to make everyone feel included and heard. You can see with our leadership chains that we have a diverse group of people and even have a CEO who is a woman! Equal opportunity exist here and is the #1 reason that Navy Federal is a great place to work! "
