"Navy Federal exemplifies diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Our President is a female who represents women in the workforce superbly. Women are highly represented in all levels with the organization and have been for years. Navy Federal is a great place to work for women - we are respected and valued for our creativity and skillset!"
