"Leadership and company policy never make you feel inferior or diminished for your gender. Maternity leave benefits are robust for both biological and adoptive parents. Company policy is very serious about equitable treatment. Overnight safety is taken seriously and parking lots are well-lit, camera monitored, and patrolled by security guards. "

"Navy federal makes the upmost effort to provide a healthy work/life balance. The benefits and compensation packages are top notch. I am a military spouse and Navy Federal has allowed me to take my career with me as our family is stationed in all different parts of the world. The company has supported me in all areas of life through the pandemic, growing our family, and unexpected changes in life. I recommend Navy Federal Credit Union, not only as an employee but as a lifelong member too! "
