"That the culture here is amazing. Is it perfect? Nope. But honestly, is anyone ? What I love most about working for NFCU is being able and often being empowered to pivot, shift, and change is always an option; especially when new data, insights, or feedback is relevant and demonstrates a positive impact to the teams and members. There is a strong strategy, and an abundance of culture champs walking the halls and popping up on screens. We work here, we stay here, for the right reasons and the right mission. "
