"Banking has always been a women-lead industry and Navy Federal does it's best to make sure we are appreciated and noticed. For every man on in upper management there are 2 women on a similar, or higher level. As a single mother, there are several things going on at home that require my attention at any given time, Navy Federal has never made me feel like my job is more important than my kids or home-life. The available sick leave being extended to my family is something I will forever be grateful for. The benefits provided for my kids through me as an employee, is top-notch as well. Also, positions for advancement are always readily available to me and the other women equally. Lastly, as a women in the LGBT+ community, it is not easy to find a place I can freely be myself without fear of discrimination. Navy Federal has not only celebrated my uniqueness, they also put me in a position to take lead in the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiative at my current branch. I will always suggest a position at Navy Federal for anyone that cares to hear all the reasons why I love working here. With 'at-home' and hybrid opportunities, I cant think of a reason to not give it a shot! 5 Stars all around. "

"Navy Federal is a wonderful company to work for. As a woman I feel like I have endless possibilities to succeed and promote within the company. I do not feel as if I am treated any differently because of my gender. Leadership is very flexible with me when it comes to my home life and child care schedule. When I returned from maternity leave, there were additional breaks given so I could pump. They even have mother's rooms on campus, where I can comfortable and privately pump and store my belongings. The incentives and compensation are great, but the job security is what is most important to me. I feel valued and heard here!"
