"This company treats you like a person and respects the many situations a woman typically goes through from day to day. I have had days where I felt like I would not make it. The leadership was always very gentle and understanding giving me time to be my best self for me and our members."

"Navy Federal is a great company, they are flexible and the ability to transfer between billets is unmatched. As a military spouse, we have one of the highest unemployment rates. Navy Federal has made it easy to continue employment even with various movies due to military orders. "
