"Navy federal equally supports both woman and men in the work place. You may even see a higher number of roles held by women. They have a wonderful maternity leave and even private mother's rooms on campus if needed. I have had zero doubt that this company wants me to succeed and they have provided every tool I could ever thought to need in my development. "

"Yes, NFCU is all inclusive when it comes to flexibility, policies, work life balance, promotions, etc. It has been the best place I have worked for. As a mom, I can say that NFCU has been very accommodating when it came to maternity leave and nursing mother needs. As a working mom, with a growing family, I still feel valued and competitive in positions without feeling like it holds me back."

"Now that we have a female CEO, the tide has turned. NFCU is no longer a 'good old boys club'. Women are valued and placed in positions of authority. Family values have been incorporated into the culture. All thanks to our phenomenal CEO."
