"It's been absolutely freeing to have supervisors who support me both in my work role as well as in my life. They've allowed me the freedom to take my leave when and how I need to. It has been absolutely amazing to rediscover hobbies that I've let lay fallow simply due to over work at previous jobs.

"I started here as a contractor and I have been welcomed to the family as if I was a permanent employee. I just interviewed and got a permanent position and it is amazing. There are a lot of companies that talk about "culture" and Navy Federal lives the culture from the top down. The leaders and supervisors all are supportive. You have so much flexibility and the way that they treat you from the day you start until the day you decide to leave it doesn't change. We have so many women in leadership roles from CEO to EVP's and in between. I highly recommend it and the benefits are incredible!"
