I have had incredible support over the past 17 years from many leaders and peers across the organization that have helped me grow and develop throughout my career. "You can clearly see that women are valued at Navy Federal Credit Union. To me, it is a company that not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. When I was originally hired on, I was so happy to see so many women in leadership. This not only encouraged me, but made me feel that I have a voice. "

"The maternity leave is unreal! Navy Federal now offers 16 weeks of 100% paid leave for birthing mothers. That's an extension of 4 weeks from previous years. As an expectant mother, I can't begin to express what those 4 extra weeks will mean to me and my child. It is clear Navy Federal recognizes and support work life balance, especially in those early weeks with your child that you can't get back! "
