"I don't think there is much mobility in the call center for women over 40 and up. You have to come in at a certain level. "

"Generally good place to work. They encourage further education and professional growth activities. The location is the biggest issue with it being difficult to get to with public transportation and there can be parking headaches. "

" Overall a great place to work, especially for military spouses. I’ve seen this company go above and beyond to accommodate when a military spouse’s service member gets new orders. The 12 weeks of maternity leave is appreciated. Felt very supported taking nursing breaks when I returned to work. If you’re working in the branches it’s nice to know that you’ll have every Sunday off. "
