"Navy Federal is a great place to work for men and women! My own team is dominated by women, which is awesome to see! I also see many women in leadership positions across the enterprise. I feel like I am treated equally and given just as many advancement opportunities as men. 100% women are a valuable part of NFCU's workforce!!!"
