"We have excellent benefits and a culture that offers a lot of opportunities to succeed. While being a woman in a corporate setting will likely always have it's own set of rules and challenges Navy Federal is an organization that truly puts effort into recognizing a person for the work they do and talents and effort they share at work. It's a good place to be both as a woman and economically for the area that I live in. "

"It really depends on the position. I spent 10 years in our call center and there was really no flexibility and getting time off was very difficult. Then for the last two years I've been a loan officer and have bosses who are super flexible with me if I need to flex to run an errand or whenever I want time off in general. So the staffing available to the position, and nature of position, really affect the flexibility and in turn job satisfaction. In call center the job was mentally difficult so not being able to take time off when you needed it, and quickly, was a real issue and my health was awful. Since moving to loan officer and in large part because of the flexibility this position and leadership team offers my physical and mental health have changed drastically and even my overall job performance has improved. "
