"Flexibility has been an issue in the past. If you ask, they will try to accommodate, but sometimes you felt that everyone was judging. But we should have new flex-work policies coming in 2019 that will take the stigma off working remotely/flexible hours."

"NCC is currently going through a company restructure and cultural shift under the new President / CEO. She is dynamic and progressive and came to us from the tech sphere. In a short amount of time she has already made a big impact. This will be a great company once her vision is realized, there is a lot of work to be done, but it's rapidly changing. All good things on the horizon "
