      "It depends on which team you are joining. The people are wonderful and make it all worth it. Turnaround times are very fast so every day is a race. The new CEO has made some cultural changes for the better and morale is slowly improving. There is still an air of negativity and people do like to complain a lot."

      "I work for a very understanding boss. Not every boss is as understanding so certain teams have more flexibility than others. There is no set work from home policy but you can if you need to. However, the work load is heavy and if you need to leave early to get your kid, you may need to log in later in the night or come in early the next day. Teams have had to make due with less over the years which has lead to increased workloads. "
