"NCC is undergoing change internally and externally. The next 6-12 months are very exciting for our employees, especially women. This is one of the best times to really shine as a female executive."

"I've always felt that I've been supported in work/life balance here at NCC. It may be my personal experience with my direct report, so I'm not sure if all departments have had the same sense of support. I believe change is on the horizon across the board. "

"There is much optimism that change is on the way to improve the work environment for women. I believe the intent is there, but there are many issues that have not been addressed yet that could be. This causing a negative work place for women. "

"Flexibility at this time is not extended fairly. Different employees are given different flexibility. There is a need for a policy to be in place so all employees are offered the same flex time. "

"I would tell another woman that there are a lot of opportunities here, but it there can be a lot of politics so it is not always clear how to best take advantage of them."

"It is a stable company with great people/strong community. Try to live close to westside as traffic is very difficult and not much flexibility with hours at this time. This will hopefully change once Optix is up and running more fluidly. "
