      "Good place to work with balanced gender support however working from home is only acceptable for new mom's and is somewhat hush hush"

      "There is a lack of women leadership in this company period. The lack of diversity in women specially African American women is basically non existent for moving up the latter in this company. NCC does a horrible job in making everyone feel included. It is easy to get discouraged when you put in time, give 200% to be noticed while the next quickly move up the latter. I have personally over heard a male manager demand that he interview more men than women; therefore, they are comfortable enough to put that in the atmosphere. It is known that some managers do not work well with working mothers or blacks which is a horrible thought for someone who is in leader. I know that changes will not be made over night and that all experiences are not the same; however, I will say NCC seem like it is headed in the right direction and I look forward to see changes in the future."
