      "Company has improved immensely since new CEO took over, but is sad that it's the first C suite position ever held by a women since it's inception. I think she is starting to bring the company into a modern age when it was previously a bit dated in its policies and practices, She is very open door which is amazing, best ideas should always win no matter who comes up with the idea and never before had people at the bottom had a voice, Culture has felt like an ego driven boys club on the management side of things but with new CEO things are changing for the good as her openness and desire to improve the company is flowing down the ranks and it's very promising. "

      "Our individual office is very flexible with accommodating appointments etc but would be great to have option to work from home a day or two each week to avoid commuting time and if you have sick kids etc. I think our team is great at knowing and trusting that we are getting all of our work done. "
