      "NCC is a great place to work. Changes to the family leave have improved and benefits are amazing. Our new CEO has put a focus to improve the company culture and support gender diversity. "

      "At the time, NCC only covered 4 wks and then it was 50% pay for each year of employment. Then, it became a FMLA application to my state to cover 6 weeks max, with the last couple weeks as unpaid. Unpaid because all vacation, sick and personal days were applied. "

      "The management team is very understanding and flexible with your work/life balance. If I have a doctors appointment or need to work from home for some reason they are very flexible and accommodating. However, the workload is so intense and overwhelming that it's hard to have a work/life balance. It's hard to leave for an hour doctors appointment or work from home for a day when you have 100's of things to get done on your desk. "

      "The people who find most success at NCC are the ones who take initiative. Educate yourself, there is always something new to learn and NCC is in a constant state of evolution."

      "Female coordinators are treated differently than their male counterpoints, it's one of the reasons I left the company. We were expected to be smiley and happy all the time, meanwhile other male coordinators, AEs and sales managers were always yelling, screaming and cursing. "
