"I've always felt like there is equal opportunity for women to elevate into leadership positions. It is a great place to work.
One thing I struggled with over the years which I hope changes to support other women at NCC was coming back to work after I had my children. Lucky enough to have an office, I was able to hang a curtain to pump breastmilk. Many women don't have that luxury and we've had to create makeshift breastfeeding rooms. It is difficult to offer privacy that is so desperately needed at a time like that. "

"Leadership in my office is understanding and allows for a healthy work-life balance, especially when it comes to family/small children conflicts that arise, but more official flexibility coming from organizational leadership would help to promote this culture and would minimize feelings of guilt or anxiety if personal issues arise making it necessary to work from home or leave early/come in late."

"Corporate America has a long way to go, but NCC Media is closer to the goal than many. Depending on the office, the culture at this company is women-friendly and allows for a level of flexibility to accommodate families. Up until recently, my office had no diversity (gender, race...nothing) on the management level. This has since changed, although men still make up the senior management positions here. Luckily, the culture has started to evolve, and I can only attribute that to the incredible character of the people in influential positions. I am lucky to have incredible MEN for whom I work, and they have welcome change and a diversity of thoughts, ideas, gender, culture in my office. I emphasize men in my previous statement because it takes our male co-workers to participate in women's workplace growth and inclusion just as much as the women themselves!"

"Flexibility is small or non existent depending on what office/team you are on. You feel like you are asking for a huge favor or guilty if you have to leave early. Pay could be more even male vs female. Under new management hopefully these things will be addressed. "
