"NCC has made some positive strides however, there is still a great need for more flexibility and understanding of work/life balance. Mothers are sometimes made to feel guilty if they/we need to adjust out in-office hours due to our children. NCC, please trust that your employees are adults and we can do our jobs when/where/how it best works for us. If we can/need to work remote, or come to office late, or leave office early - please trust that jobs are being done."

"I think it depends on the office and department you work in as well as the Manager you work for. All have varying levels of flexibility. Some offices & Managers are more flexible than others."

"It is important to discuss special circumstances during the interview process. If you need flexible hours, or work from home days, that needs to be discussed prior to accepting your position."

"I think they are good about flexibility for working moms, at least that's how my boss lets me work. I have been able to work from home when my child is sick. I think our new CEO is making great changes that will attract more women to the company, like paid maternity leave."

"Much like I said previously, I think with the recent appointment of our new CEO, we will begin to see some more flexibility. I think the communication gap is still there so people are weary of being flexible. People also don't adjust well (or quickly) to change So in cases where I've asked for flexibility, it was first met with some resistance. I also think as a company, we need to up our game on communication. We are all so connected but sometimes people don't respond or don't have a sense of urgency in our office. "

"I was required to use all of my sick and vacation time carried over from the previous year. Then I had to take any time accrued within the year. After that I had 4 weeks of FMLA paid at 100%. The last 4 week I had 50% pay. BUT... now it is 12 weeks of FMLA at 100% and you can keep all of your PTO!!!"
