"Very committed to increasing gender diversity. Agriculture is an awesome industry - we need to feed 10 billion people by 2050. Nutrien has a purpose - to grow the world from the ground up. This purpose speaks to the company's commitment to its employees, shareholders and the communities in which we operate. "

"There's a culture of trusting the people who have been at the company a long time more than new people, even when the new people have been brought in for their specific skills. It can get frustrating when people get jobs because of who they know instead of by qualifications (and it's not a gender thing exclusively)."

"I have enjoyed the past 10 years at Nutrien. I started as a single parent who was struggling to balance my management job with the demands of dropping my child off and up from school and sports. My loyalty to this company has just continued to grow over the last decade as it has afforded me the opportunity to manage my personal life and work life. The leadership at Nutrien is innovative and forward thinking. They value people, diversity and integrity in all they do. I have seen this time and time again. I feel very fortunate to be here in a leadership capacity and to be a part of an organization that not only helps to feed the world, but that helps to develop careers. "
