"Transparent pay scale and equal pay. Strong benefits and compensation package with both maternity and paternity leave. Supportive of women in the workplace and finding the balance between work and other aspects of life."

"There is a great community of women at Pariveda. We have a women group nationally with local market chapters. We like to get together regularly in our markets for conversation, food, book discussions, wine, etc."
