"Pariveda provides paid short term and long term disability, as well as 6 weeks of paid parental leave. This was very helpful to me after I had my kids! Additionally, Pariveda allows employees to take a 6 month leave of absence, while maintaining your health benefits, so I was able to take some additional unpaid time off after my son was born. As a woman with a family, I REALLY appreciate our health benefits. Pariveda pays 100% of the insurance premiums for my family and contributes $2400 into my Health Savings Account annually. We actively look to hire more women into the firm and to grow them into leadership positions in the company. Three of our ten offices have women as the Managing Vice President, which is unusual in a tech company. I believe our CEO would like that number to be 50/50, ultimately. "

"In order to grow our people, Pariveda wants our teams to work together in person. In general, regular work from home is discouraged and flexibility is dependent upon your team's project. We offer flexibility to work from home occasionally if you have a cold or need to stay home for a repair, for example. I've worked from home partial days to care for my children when they were sick, too. There are times when working from home is not possible, due to client or office needs, but the leadership is understanding and willing to work with the employees in this regard. "

"Pariveda provides paid Short Term and Long Term Disability, as well as 6 weeks of paid parental leave. This means that women are able to take 12 total weeks of paid time off following the birth of a child. We can also take another 3 months unpaid (while keeping our health benefits and paid cell phone plan active). "

"The transparent pay scale is great, as is the clear track to promotion. There can be flexibility in your work schedule but there is no work from home policy since in person interaction is important. The mentor ship is great! Everyone is paired with a formal mentor to help them reach their career goals. There is a female based Employee Resource Group that schedules local market activities for the local women in each office, but there are also corporate sessions as well. Typically this involves having a woman in leadership from Pariveda or at another organization speak on a specific topic related to women in leadership or the tech community. The recent topic on confidence in the work place was very informative and had a lot of data to back up what was being said. The company also has other Employee Resource Groups (ERG) - like P.R.I.D.E - the LGBT group. The company works hard to ensure a feeling of inclusion and is dedicated to formalizing other ERG's. "

"Starting out my professional career at Pariveda, I have always felt supported and encouraged to grow. Pariveda provides a transparent career path and formal and informal mentoring to help me along the way. I enjoy coming to work and being surrounded by inspiring and powerful female professionals. Benefits are great with 4 weeks of PTO. "
