"Pariveda treats women and men equally. All salaries are exactly the same across all levels. No uneven bonuses or stock options are given - either everyone receives an extra 401k match, or no one does, depending on financials that year, for example."

"I can work remotely to a limited extent if I have household or personal responsibilities. I personally am suited well for remote work, so I'd like the opportunity to work from home maybe 1 day a week, but due to the nature of our client-facing job, a lot of the remote work decision is outside of Pariveda's control and depends on the client."
