"I've been with PepsiCo over a decade and have had a variety of diverse, challenging roles. PepsiCo provides great functional and leadership experience. However, the more senior I become, the more I realize that having a long term career here is contingent upon putting the company first. You must be on call 24/7, work long hours, travel a lot, and be willing to relocate in order to move up the corporate ladder. It's an up or out culture so if you're not willing to do that, it's best to find another position."
