"Undeniable some differences in subcultures across the firm, but within Advisory, it's been welcoming towards women and women from underrepresented groups. Also have dedicated career / leadership experience programs specifically for different underrepresented groups."

"Stress importance of work-life balance; however, in my role, we are expected to be available outside of traditional business hours regularly. I find that I often work long days supporting people across multiple time zones."
