"My practice in particular do not promote women of a different ethnicity. The practice of very good at promoting caucasian women. However, women of difference ethnicities are delayed promotion. Women (and even men) of different ethnicities are also the first individuals who are laid off. This could just be my practice and not the firm as a whole. However, that has been my experience "
