"I think this is a good place to work for women in terms of flexibility and culture. There are many working moms at the firm and that includes mothers in leadership positions. Do keep in mind, that at the end of the day, this is a top-performing, professional services firm and you need to be willing to work hard and continually seek out growth opportunities. It is a dynamic and challenging place to work, which is why the flexibility they offer is so important. "

"The firm has a culture that supports flexible work arrangements whether it be a reduced schedule or a compressed schedule. They also are generally supportive of flexible hours - start and end your days at times that work for you. We are hard working professionals and you are trusted to get your work done in the hours that work for you (and your team / client)."
