"It is good and continues to improve. Those with the old school if you are not physically there you can't be working mentality are decreasing."

"If you have a family and want to work in assurance this isn't the employer for you. Unfortunately this industry doesn't allow the flexibility to manage both while being in a senior positon at a big 4 accoutning firm. "
