"Work-life balance is hard. Top C-suite members roam the halls morning and early evening noticing who is and is not still working. The culture is very male and aggressive oriented. Window dressing for working moms exists like nursing rooms etc., but it is hard to be a woman in leadership. Male dominated executive leaders do not understand what is like to be a working mom."
