"I work in eCare and it's awful! It's basically a call center where the agents call to get help and wait forever! Then, they're mad at you because they had to hold so long. The Manager of the department keeps other women down, unless they're her friends, then they get promotions and special treatment. Stay away! "

"A large office with brand recognition and a large number of agents can provide advantages over small-name real estate agencies: better training and coaching, leads provided, opportunites to hold open houses for their top agents too busy to do it themselves, etc. And they offered a better agent/broker split for agents with at least 1 year experience."

"You will have schedule flexibility eventually, but until you've built up a substantial flow of sales and commissions, you have to put in 110% time and effort into marketing yourself, including lots of weekend open houses. "
