"Great job to start out at but I don't recommend staying here longer than two years because it's likely you won't make more than what you start with. Your position also might not change."

"A lot of women in leadership positions and available to talk to. It's a retail company so this is typically women-driven, but it was good to meet so many strong women. "

"Ross is a great company for women, especially if you are starting your career in HR. My manager is a diverse woman and so is the pyramid. They develop policies and new programs that support diversity and inclusion."
