"Differs by person. While some people can work remote all the time others can't - so not fair to say flexible, depends on the job and the manager - if the manager is not a "work from home" believer - you are stuck"

"United Technologies and Pratt & Whitney have a great flex arrangement policy in place. It is solely dependent on ones manager on how employees are allowed to use the policy or not. Some fear of low raises if one was to use more flex time over others. "
