"Good overall for women (and men) but wouldn't recommend jobs in the administrative professional field due to archaic technology and cumbersome processes and procedures."

"In my current department, women almost rule. However, this is not the case for engineers and I think my department could do a lot more to fix the problems in others. "

"UTC is working to change it's culture but it is definitely still evolving. While they have recently rolled out a few great company-wide policies that support women and families, some business units and departments are further along and your experience may depend on your management."

"The working arrangements can be very flexible but depends on the agreement with your individual manager and HR. The workload is also pretty heavy, so while your schedule and location is flexible, you end up working >40hrs/week to get your job done."
