"While the overall atmosphere often feels corporate and stuffy, I have so many strong female leaders to look up to in this company. I also love how much UTC encourages ongoing learning: they are fully funding my current masters degree and might even fund another. This is not a "hip" office environment with fun benefits like free gyms or lunches, but the benefits are solid and flexibility is EXCELLENT. I have never had work-life balance issues here. My one note is that if you wish to see significant changes in your pay, you need to be a truly exceptional employee and need to document your successes in order to advocate for raises. Yearly merit increases themselves are very small, so if you want to make money moves, you truly need to be proactive."
