"Alpha male dominant covertly abusive fear-based culture where micro-aggression, neglect, lack of public acknowledgement or even acknowledgement to your face for stellar performance, and silence are used to keep you in your place and leave you feeling diminished but are done in a way that leaves no way to prove the abuse."

"Great place to work. Women are treated with respect. I feel like we are treated equally.
Recently our company added PAID parental leave for fathers and people who adopt. I was impressed since many companies only allow family leave (unpaid) and only provide some sort of paid leave to women who have a bay."

"Managers are great about flexing time and working from home when you need to.
BUT moving to a 9-80 schedule would be great!!!"

"There's lots of ways to be empowered. There's a zero tolerance policy on sexual harassment or gender discrimination, but I don't even need to deal with that because I haven't had a single instance where I came close to that. The climate is very welcoming and your ideas will not be belittled."

"In the Materials and Process Engineering department, a lot of our work happens in the lab. Despite this, I think management (Dan Ursenbach) does a great job of being flexible with hours and availability."
